ENABLEMENT ARCHITECT

My enablement career was formed through my early days as a direct seller and marketing manager, when I realized my passion for customer positioning and visioning. I have worked to create methodologies and approaches that elevate customer engagements and lead to strong business outcomes. I believe that learning must be inspiring, consumable and ultimately centered around a differentiated customer experience.

I have spent most of my career with information technology and enterprise software companies such as Box, Inc., iRhythm Technologies, IBM, Cognos and Lotus Development.  I am currently a partner consultant with Winning by Design and do independent work with organizations in the SaaS and product-led offerings space.  I work remotely and split my time between San Francisco and Traverse City, Michigan.  I enjoy running, biking, global travel, music, cooking, local cuisine and exploring the many scenic destinations California and Northern Michigan have to offer.
